Which of your characters have some romantic chemistry? I hope that would be my leads Lavinia and Elio but this is an enemies to lovers so there some subtext than anything, but it we think about their alters… there a lot more there.
Which of your characters do you think readers will ship? Def Lavinia and Mira. They are so tender with each other and I bait them so hard. (my characters are all some sort of queer but I’m not saying what kind because I’m evil like that) Also maybe Orion and Mira because they make such a great team and they take such great care with each other.
Which of your characters are slated to be an endgame relationship? Lavinia and Elio they are the base of the story it must end this way. But it will just take a long long while to get there.
Are there any established relationships in your WIPs? If so, how did they meet? They’re only side characters but the Prince and his boyfriend met when The Prince was taking a walk in the palace gardens, (his boyfriend was the new gardener) and it was really cute. The boyfriend started sending the prince flowers with little notes about their meanings. uwu
What’s your dream love confession scene between your characters? I haven’t decided yet. I know it happens during the masquerade once their secret identities had been revealed but I don’t quite know the specifics yet.I will be so relieved when I write this down and settle for sure.
Valeria brought her hand to her chest surprised by the woman’s answer. Her first instinct was to defend her own spurned honor, but feeling her sister’s influence upon her she bit her lip and took a deep breath before raising her voice once more. “I shall ignore your offense against me and ask you this, Ma'am.” she said carefully eyeing the Inn Keeper “Why would you refuse my help? I that have just arrived to this foreign land as I am sure my broken speech has signaled to you. Why refuse my honest help unless there is something happening in this town that I don’t yet know about?"
the results were kinda really diverse, I feel like often when I make moodboards they tend to look pretty individual, maybe somewhat random, I kind of leave them like that bc I think it actually represents me well, but tbh in really insecure about it.
“Nana always thought that Healing wasn’t useful,” she offers. “She would have preferred that I be a Weaver or something.”
“Nana didn’t think you would be part of a gang.”
“Shestill doesn’t think I am.”

I was tagged by @its-adrienpastel, and, man, that was hard! 4 pics is just not enough to explain the whole influence on me from songs, films, books, video games, comics, TV shows, etc. But I tried to gather more significant ones. And, yeah I was a huge fan of Mark Dacascos in my childhood:D I mean, look at him! He was the prettiest hero in badass movies of 90s. Have you ever watched his Boogie Boy? I think it’s the only one badass movie of 90s with the bi character as a main hero (badass hero) I’ve ever seen.
1. Are you staying home from work/school? I’m staying home from work. My job is on-campus and I miss it dearly.
2. If you’re staying home, who’s there with you? My whole family.
3. Do you have pets to keep you company? Not anymore. My stray cat friend died last week.
4. Who do you miss the most? My friends and co-workers/teammates!
5. When was the last time you left your home? Around mid-March.
6. What was the last thing you bought? Milk tea-flavored ice cream!!
7. Is quarantine driving you insane or are you finally relaxed? Somewhere between? I’m grateful that the work I do is fun and meaningful, so it takes away A LOT of quarantine stress. But there are still times when I end up confronted by unresolved inner conflict and anxiety or I’m just plain exhausted. That’s when I really have to rely on my self-care practices in order to bounce back!
8. Are you a homebody? Yes but I won’t say no to an adventure or opportunity to go out and spend time with the people I love.
9. What movies have you watched recently? A lot of Ghibli films and Portrait of a Lady on Fire!!!
10. Any event that you were looking forward to that got cancelled? Travelling alone to some Southeast Asian countries and coming back to Thailand. Like an Eat, Pray, Love kind of thing!
11. What’s the worst thing that you’ve had to cancel? Same answer as #10!
12. What’s the best thing you’ve had to cancel? Hmm I can’t think of any! I set some really good plans for myself this year.
13. Do you have any new hobbies? Yes! Propagating plants!
14. What are you out of? Watercolor paper. I might start painting on the wall soon hahaha
15. What music are you listening to? Quite a lot! I’ve been vibin’ with different genres like jazz, bossa nova, alt-rock, and 70s/80s pop. For guilty pleasures, this is my playlist.

19. How’s your toilet paper supply? We’re all good! I think people in my area started coming into their senses about this and are just buying the amount they need. Phew.
20. Have you made any changes to your hair during quarantine? I’m actually glad that I haven’t! I’ve been resisting the urge to cut or dye it.

Dong Sik’s eyes are closed, but he smiles.

and here’s the draft of a wip that i’m working on. i’m about 75% done, although i just need to write some of the … sadder scenes now lol:
Obi-Wan looks at him. He’s sweaty too, beads of it gathered at his brow. His eyes wrinkle at the edges when he smiles, and Anakin suddenly thinks about letting out the whole truth right there too. He thinks since they’re both on the ground, that somehow protects them from the weight of the confession.
Anakin sees the grey in Obi-Wan’s hair. It’s damp.
I’ll mention my orchestra au, Rhapsody in Blue, where Obi-Wan and Anakin are professional musicians who accidentally get mixed up in a crime drama. Obi-Wan is dealing with his feelings for Cody while also getting over his history with Satine, and trying not to believe he’s better off alone.
All while keeping a secret so enormous it threatens to swallow him whole.
Here’s a little snippet from the next chapter!
Obi-Wan smiled tightly. “Just a regular iced tea for me, please. No alcohol.”
“I think I’ll do the same,” said Padmé. The bartender hurried off.
“Boring, all of you!” Palpatine said. “And here I thought I was the old man among us.”
“Well, I’m expecting,” Padmé said, a hand landing gently on her waist. Then looked at Obi-Wan and Anakin. “What’s your excuse?”
Obi-Wan sputtered. Oh. “Well, I suppose you have me there.”
He looked over at Anakin, who was beaming at her. And two emotions tugged at him. First, an utter fascination with this Anakin character—the same man who could crawl on his hands and knees to record the jingle of a cello case zipper, accuse him of murder, and simultaneously have plans to be a family man.
And second—though this one wasn’t new—a deep and visceral loneliness.
I’m currently thinking about a Sith Obi-Wan fic (Darth Umbra) and another arranged marriage au (Safe & Sound) and I love them both so uuuhhhh

Ventress’ hand feels cool on Umbra’s slightly warm forehead. He still feels his body twitch every so often as he slowly recovers.
“Why did Master get so angry when I told him I saved that Clone’s life?” He asks as he gazes up at the ceiling.
Ventress stiffens for a second. “Is that what earned you your punishment?” She asks.
Umbra blinks and hums. “I am…confused.” The cool hand leaves his forehead and Umbra listens as Ventress shifts a little from her spot.
“What are you confused about? The Clones fight for the Republic - the Jedi,” She hisses. “Of course he would be upset with you.”
Umbra does not tell her he thinks ‘upset’ is an understatement. He does, however, tell her what he knows. “Dooku created the Clones.” His revelation is met with silence. “Did you not know?” He asks, surprised his Master would not tell his other Apprentice.
Then, Ventress cackles, filling the silence suddenly.

Cody raises one of his hands ever so slowly before placing it on Obi-Wan’s cheek. Obi-Wan’s stormy eyes lock onto Cody immediately. “Whatever it is you want to tell me—” Cody shakes his head and shifts on the bed to bring his other hand up to cup Obi-Wan’s other cheek. He holds Obi-Wan’s face gently in his hands and makes sure Obi-Wan understands how serious he is about this. “I don’t know what happened to the three people you call out for at night. I don’t know who they are. I don’t know their stories. I do know they were important to you. I know you must have cared for them. I know that whatever happened to them was…” Cody shakes his head again. “What I’m trying to say is that I don’t want you to force yourself to do this. I don’t want you to think you have to tell me anything. We could go our whole lives without you telling me. It would be fine. I care about you. I worry about you. I don’t want you to hurt yourself with telling me anything.” Cody swallows and takes a deep breath. “However, if you feel you need to tell me, then I will listen. I will be here. You won’t be alone. I’ll listen.”
Obi-Wan’s eyes were wet and shone in the flickering light of the fire. He sniffled a little and tilted his head to rest more firmly in Cody’s grasp. “You really mean that?” He asked, sounding surprised and full of hope at the prospect.
Cody’s heart ached for this man. “I do,” Cody replied. “Whatever you want to tell me, I’m here.”
I think about these au’s a lot and I love them and I’ve done a lot of outlining for them, but I won’t bother y’all with the details awoeifwjf
And for something completely different… Have a snippet from a Lord of the Rings WIP:
A shiver ran through Aragorn then and Boromir realized with a pang what else he needed.
“I know your strength, my King,” he assured. “You need not hide your pain and fear from me. I will never think less of you for it. How could I, when you have seen the worst of me and still wish me at your side?”
The shiver turned to trembling and Boromir guided Aragorn into a firm embrace. This was not their norm, but he would lend his king his strength however he could.
“I could have lost her,” Aragorn whispered hoarsely.
Boromir held tighter.
“Our Queen is strong and her love for you is even stronger,” he said. “She will not part from you so easily.”
Aragorn gave a quiet, very wet sounding laugh at that.
“She is stubborn indeed,” he allowed. “Determined, she calls it.”
Boromir smiled.
“It isn’t wrong for her to describe it thus,” he declared. “For usually her…determinationcomes out most strongly when you are being reluctant.”
Aragorn huffed.
“When you two join forces against me, it would take a stronger man than I to resist,” he grumbled.
Boromir tightened his hold.
“Never against you, my King,” he disagreed.
Aragorn’s hand curled against the back of Boromir’s tunic.
“Nay,” he agreed quietly. “You two always seek only my best interests and so rally only when you think I have lost sight of my own well-being.”
Boromir smiled ruefully.
“You are a great king, Aragorn, but you are still only one man. Rebuilding will be a project of a great many years. You have already done much, and given the people hope for more. You needn’t pick up tools and help rebuild with your own hands.”
I will personally always hold a house for the dead who are not deadclose to my heart. I enjoyed writing it so much that sometimes I find myself wishing to write it again XD
I also find myself thinking ever so fondly of with forethought of grief, despite, or maybe because of, the melancholy and sadness. It stands as one of my favorites, just behind a house for the dead.
