I’ll admit it!! I love being an autistic little. I love exploring my regression in a way that’s special to me and my sensory needs and socialness and everything else about me and my autistic traits. I hope all autistic and other disabled and/or mentally ill littles are having a wonderful night!!!!
10 Valentine’s day ideas for age regressor’s and caregivers
1. make your own letters/valentines for eachother including all your freinds who age regress then mail them (great for long distance caregivers or little ones, make sure they are super cute)
2. Make a small picnic dinner or lunch for two using cute plates or bento boxes/containers
3. a romantic movie night with popcorn !!
4. Bake your own sweets or candies (plenty of recipes online)
5. Have a small Valentine’s day party for you and your freinds who age regress where you can exchange Valentine’s gifts ,play games, and have snack time together
6. Lots of Arts and crafts time !! (Glitter and stickers make things even more fun )
7. Valentine’s day storybooks read aloud on youtube
8. Wear your cutest outfit to impress your caregiver !!
9. Lots of hugs and kisses
10. Make mini Valentine’s for your stuffies and you could even give your new stuffies valentine themed names !!
A few drops of red gel food colouring I used Wilton’s Christmas red

Instructions
In a medium sized saucepan combine the milk, white chocolate and vanilla. Bring to a gentle simmer and continuously whisk until the white chocolate has completely melted. Add a few drops of red gel food colouring and whisk until you reach the desired shade of pink.
Remove from heat, and pour into serving mugs.
Top with mini marshmallows, pieces of cotton candy and assorted sprinkles
When adding the chopped white chocolate to the hot milk, make sure to keep whisking so that the white chocolate melts properly. This may take a couple of minutes as white chocolate takes sometime to melt.
Tips
Use good quality white chocolate as that’s the flavor base of this Unicorn Hot Chocolate. I prefer Lindt or Godiva. Please do not use white chocolate chips as they have added stabilizers so they do not melt as well.
For the pink color of this Unicorn Hot Chocolate, I used red gel food coloring, as it only takes a few drops to reach the desired shade of pink.
This Unicorn Hot Chocolate can be stored up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container such as a mason jar.
10 things caregivers can do to make the holidays special for their little one’s
1. Put hot cocoa in our sippys or put soup in a thermos for us !!
2. Play kid friendly Christmas songs to sing carols together in the car
3. Read us Christmas storys or put on a little friendly Christmas movie
4. Decorate the house together !!
5. Cuddle with us under big warm blankys to keep us warm
6. Make Christmas cards or do holiday arts and crafts together (there’s lots of ideas on the internet or just go to a craft store )
7. Make sure we are warm and bundled up for doing outside activities like making snow angels and snowmen (if you live in a place where it snows a lot ) scarves and gloves and hats are recommended !!
8. Bake some cookies or other sweets and decorate them together
9. Go look at Christmas lights around the neighborhood or your community
10. Get eachother a small gift that says you appreciate them !!
