So I got his amazing idea, that from now on, under every picture you will be able to find a motivational, positive or inspirational quote.
I hope that when you’re feeling down or maybe feeling like giving up, after reading some of these quotes, your spirit will jump back up and it will bring back your determination, because trust me, you CAN do it!
The original aim of this blog was to post pictures that will motivate and inspire people who are going through the process of getting fit and losing weight so I hope that along with these quotes, you will feel more inspired and determined to achieve your goal and get your dream body!
Thank you for all the support on this website so far! Love y’all and I wish you all the best of luck on your journey to happiness xxx
P.S. IF YOU ARE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR FEEL FREE TO SEND US YOUR “BEFORE AND AFTER” PICTURES SO THAT WE CAN POST THEM AND SHOW OTHERS THAT THEY TOO CAN ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL IF THEY’RE DETERMINED! THANK YOUUU xxx
