I just realized how much Cassie from Euphoria and Cassie from Skins have in common (other than the name lol). They both have the soft girl aesthetic, benevolent and dismissive parents, low self-esteem and self-worth which resulted in their promiscuity and both fall in love with a guy who prefers their brunette best friend over them (except in Skins it’s the brunette best friend who steals him from Cassie not the other way around). Not to mention the crying in every episode and many mental breakdowns. Yet Cassie from Skins is still seen as “iconic” while Cassie from Euphoria is hated all over the internet right now
