i will never leave this site because tonight, within twenty minutes, i got an ask telling me i was lying about being a lesbian so i could profit (?) off drawing gay art, immediately followed by someone describing the plot of movie they couldn’t remember the title of in hopes i could help them because they were “too high to google it.” unparalleled website experience.
I waited until I had no other options to do this, but here I am.
My car broke down at the beginning of January. I am a senior in college and luckily I live close to campus, so getting to school was hard but I have a great roommate that helped me out. It’s now April and my car still hasn’t been fixed. I don’t even know what’s wrong with it. It’s been at my dad’s house since it broke down, and I still owe my sister about $300 for towing it there for me. My brother tried to work on it, but he said it was beyond what he could do at home, so he’ll have to take it to a shop. The thing is, I can’t afford this at all. I have less than $500 saved up right now, I make less than $200 a month as a student worker, and I’m barely affording my monthly bills at the moment, which consists of about $220 for rent and utilities, not counting $50 for my phone and $50 for insurance on the car I don’t even have. That’s about $320 a month I’m paying, not counting food expenses, on less than a $200 a month income. I interviewed for a job and I’ll find out this week if I get it, but if I do, it involves a summer long training program out of city, that I have no car to get to.
Here’s the part where I ask for what I have absolutely avoided doing until now, donations. I should find out within the next few weeks how much it will cost to fix my car, but it’s looking like it may be well over $1,000. I need this car in order to get a job to pay my bills and not end up homeless. It’s hard to have a job without a car, you see my problems? I asked my dad for money, the only person I had the hope of helping me out, but he said he couldn’t help me at all.
Any sort of donation will help, even a dollar. I’ll draw you something (not too great but it’s something) or do whatever I can to make it up to you if you want. I’ll even happily pay you back once I have a stable income, since I graduate in May and can begin to work full-time after that.

can someone give me a history lesson as to why the G1 Rapunzel pony is so rare compared to other ponies? I know she was a mail order, but she’s way more expensive than the other mail order ponies are. I go into the tag for epilepsy and its all flashing lights. We can’t use our own tag because people without epilepsy fill it up with improper warnings.
Use ‘flashing’ in place of ‘epilepsy’ in your tags. You aren’t warning people of epileptics, you’re warning us of flashing lights. Please please tag properly. Epileptics say this endlessly and constantly and it’s ignored. You are risking lives by doing this.
