Japanese tea room Chikusei by Tsubakido, at Fushimi, Kyoto. A purveyor to Fushimi Inari Taisha (shrine). Tea, sweets, the interior design, everything’s great. Surely wanna visit again.

Only in Japanese, but has a nice tea company film. Tranquil and worth to watch. “Tsubaki” means camellia FYI.
京都伏見の椿堂竹聲。伏見稲荷大社御用達。煎茶、スイーツ、室礼、どれも良い。また訪れたい。

Did you know that Christmas cake is a thing in Japan? This is the 2020 selection at Odakyu Department Store, and since Odakyu also runs a private railway, there’s a Romancecar cake. Cute train, but I rather fancy that chocolate cake at the top. :)

Green tea milk with sweet bean and mochi shaved ice
Nakamuraken is traditional Japanese sweets shop near Katsura river.
They’re famous for sweet bean and mochi, so I chose this flavor shaved ice.
Ice melted gently, and go very good with green tea syrup and sweet bean!

Hanano Chaya- Mimurodo Temple
Small rest place in Mimurodo Temple that is famous for Hydrangea.
Shaved ice, grape jelly, red bean, and mochi.
Grape jelly is used to resemble a hydrangea.
