I blame this one entirely on Medie. ;-) For her birthday this past year, I wanted to make her a pair of earrings but was stumped on which character to do, because most of her favorite characters aren’t easily symbolized. One of the ones she mentioned, though, was Tony Stark/Iron Man. I never did manage the earrings for her (although I found the red/gold beads as a result of the search for something), but I think my brain kept working on something Iron Man related, because when I found the center bead of this one, I hit on the idea of doing a bracelet. You can’t tell as well as I’d like from the photo, but the faceting looks white from some angles and blue from others, which to me perfectly reflected the arc reactor. *g* Very proud of how this one turned out.

Well, since it’s Tony Stark vs Bruce Wayne, that means that they are not fighting as superheroes. And let’s be honest, Tony doesn’t have a lot of hand-to-hand combat experience and Bruce is built like a house.

Now this is an interesting question!
As civilians, with no tech, Bruce is a man who has devoted his entire life to being the ultimate fighter, while Tony is an on again/off again alcoholic with a heart disorder who solves all his problems with mechanics. So an easy Bruce victory.
But, I’m not sure about Tony’s current deal. A decade ago, he had Extremis, which was nanobots in his blood stream that gave him Iron Man armour at all times. I still can’t see him winning in the long term, but he could definitely take a short term lead.
Furthermore, Bruce has a secret identity he values highly, and usually relies on his kids to get him out of civilian scrapes. Tony … varies wildly on how much effort he puts into disguising the fact that he’s Iron Man, and also has major issues believing he can trust anyone other than himself. Bruce would probably lose on purpose and wait for Robin to rescue him. Tony would try to win.
So, as civilians, I say that Tony would probably win, as long as there were witnesses (which would include a conscious Tony). If Bruce needed to win, though, there’s no competition.
