After about 2 months of researching, I finally manage to extract Initial D arcade stage music, sfx, and sprites from the Naomi2 games. And it was thanks to Vincent helping me with his bms scripts and his Naomi knowledge that this became possible.
Without his script I would probably be trying to hex extract each file individually. Which is no recommended. The script isn’t out since it’s still incomplete. But he is working in a Naomi extracting tool, so check it out.

I made a voice and music mod for densha de D lightning stage which replaces the original audio for the voice clips of the original anime VA and the music of the anime.

Initial D arcade stage 8 translation I’m working on.
Too much work, I have to recreate almost every single menu icon and there’s a lot of hex editing that is hard to find.
Wish someone could help me on this, but seems I’m the only one interested in translating it.

Initial D special stage English mod attempt.
Having a bit of issues with transparency, but other than that seems pretty straight forward.
Haven’t tested “Legend of the street mode” translation, but seems like it can be done with hex editing the .bin, so it could be possible to translate that mode as well. But I’m too lazy to do that.
Mayor problem is the tool I use doesn’t export all the graphics correctly, so some stuff won’t be able to be edited.
Also, having to recreate the ISO every time i want to test the game is a pain in the ass. I gotta find a tool that let me edit ISO files instead of creating a new one.
