Secrets for a good core and everything else. I do yoga, handstands and Pilates almost everyday! This is my muse, keeps me sane. That’s all I do!:) and body weight workouts.
Such as push up, planks, chin dips, pulls up and trying to some muscle ups in the near future! I just need to lean out a bit. But, I’m a freakin handstand queen!!
