Tonight is the third time I’ve said “okay, tonight I’ll finally finish my playthrough of Final Fantasy X”, sat down and played for a few hours, and still not been finished.
Okay, that final boss is not messing around.
I might have to go grind some, which is not really how I like to play these games. I suppose I’m fine doing sidequests, but I feel like I should be able to win with what I have. But…

The completed FF Calendar Project
The calendar will be available to order on Patreon by the 27th of September. There is no minimum pledge to access the shop. They are $35 USD, with worldwide tracked shipping starting at $20 USD.
The FFVII tarot deck will also be available in the same shop update. Click the relevant link below for specs of those.
This one was mostly an exercise in composition and utilising limited, set colour palettes. I hope you enjoy the result as much as I enjoyed the process.

[FFX] Someday The Dream Will End
I started on this sometime earlier this year but kept postponing it due to work and other commitments. Then art burnout gave my butt a good kicking, but there eventually came a point where I felt confident enough to push on I felt that if I didn’t take the leap, I was forever gonna be scared of coming out of burnout. The colors were admittedly different from my usual warm palette but I really love how soft and pastel it turned out. I think it really fits the mood here.

Final Fantasy X was my first Final Fantasy game I played. And it upsets me when people say it’s a terrible game. Or that Final Fantasy went downhill from there, it didn’t. Final Fantasy X had one of the best stories, that still inspires me today. -wishingformemoria
