Dear Dreamers, Believers, Pioneers and Go Getters, this is for you! Less than 3 years ago my foundation was shaken and I was forced to redirect my energies. It didnt always feel great, but each step in the journey fueled me to continue. Since then I’ve been given a tribe of amazing BEAUTIFUL Black Kings and Queens to inspire through my creations aka Melanin Apparel and I have each of you to thank. Your love and support has allowed our fashions and business to grow which in turn has afforded us the ability to experience magic! Not even a year ago we were having a conversation about the PHENOMENAL @Issarae and the universe manifested a way to make our paths cross! You see her stylist #ShionaTurini is apart of our Melanin Apparel online community! @Shionat reached out and we were able to personally hand deliver the items! We had no idea they would make it into the cut let alone the new season trailer. We’re humbled and grateful! But, it is our Victory Melanin Apparel Community & family because you helped me get there you proved the importance and power we all have when we support one another. Thank you again Shiona, your awesome team and of course Ms. #IssaRae I appreciate your light and your love! Thanks for using your voice to uplift our culture. Thanks for using your pen to re-define what it is to be a black woman in this world. Thanks for reppin’ Melanin Magic & Melanin Apparel - yours truly Nicole #InsecureHBO #melaninapparel #Ninasimome #ninamood #
